Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of service

These Terms govern access to and use of the hosting, domain and related services offered by Zygore. By purchasing or using our services, you accept the conditions described here.

Effective date: September 2, 2026

1. Provider identification

Zygore is a web hosting services platform. Tax identification details (legal name, registration number and address) are set out in the contractual documentation and in the receipt for each purchase.

For legal or contractual inquiries, write to team@zygore.com.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Using any Zygore service implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the supplementary policies (Privacy Policy and Service Policies). If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the services.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or commercial changes. We will publish the current version with its update date and, where the change is material, notify you by reasonable means.

3. Description of services

Zygore offers shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, cloud hosting and VPS servers, along with associated services such as domain registration, SSL certificates, backups and technical support.

The features, resource limits and specific conditions of each plan are described on the product page in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Account and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date information and to use the services in accordance with the law and our Service Policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Pricing, billing and renewal

The applicable prices, currency and billing period are those shown during purchase. Unless stated otherwise, services renew automatically for the same period purchased.

Promotional prices apply to the first term unless stated otherwise; renewal is at the standard price then in effect. You will receive the amount and renewal date before each charge where applicable.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation conditions are detailed in the Service Policies. Certain items —such as registered domains, third-party licenses and services already consumed— may be non-refundable.

You can cancel your service renewal from the client area or by requesting it from support with reasonable notice before the renewal date.

7. Availability and maintenance

We work to provide high service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, notifying it in advance when possible, as well as emergency maintenance to preserve the security and stability of the platform.

Specific availability commitments, where they exist, are set out in the service level agreement included in the Service Policies.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful activities, sending spam, distributing malware, infringing third-party rights or any use that compromises the security or performance of the shared infrastructure.

Prohibited conduct is detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy within the Service Policies. Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zygore is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your information, regardless of any backups Zygore may provide.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable law in the place where the service is provided. Any dispute will be resolved before the relevant competent courts.

For notices related to these Terms, write to team@zygore.com or team@zygore.com.
