Short guides for what you do from the panel. If yours isn't here, message us: a person answers.

Getting started

Buying, logging in and creating the first site.

Buy hosting
  1. Go to my.zygore.com/comprar. No account needed: it is created with the purchase.
  2. Pick the line (hosting, semi-dedicated, VPS or dedicated), the plan and the term. You see the subtotal, the tax (18%) and the total before paying.
  3. Pay with PayPal. On hosting, the site is created automatically once payment is confirmed; on the other lines we tell you when it's ready.

No lock-in. Renewal costs the same.

Log in to the panel
  1. Go to my.zygore.com/entrar.
  2. Type your email: you get a login link. No password to remember.
  3. If it doesn't arrive, check spam and that it's the email you signed up with.
Create a new site
  1. Under Sites, click Create site and type the domain (or a test subdomain).
  2. The site is created with WordPress, SSL and the first backup scheduled.
  3. From the WordPress tab you enter the dashboard without a password.

Inicia allows 5 sites; Crece and Escala, unlimited within disk and resources.

Invite your team or a client
  1. Under Team, type the person's email.
  2. Pick the profile: team (sites, or sites and billing) or client (only the sites you tick).
  3. They receive an invitation by email and log in with their own access.

WordPress

Cache, updates, rescue, staging, migration.

Migrate a WordPress from another host
  1. On your Zygore site, WordPress › Migrator: download the plugin and generate the key.
  2. Install the plugin on your current WordPress and paste the key.
  3. Test the connection: you see version and size. Pick the destination site and start.
  4. When it finishes, check your site on Zygore and switch DNS whenever you want.

The plugin only reads: your source site stays online. Free.

Update WordPress, plugins and themes
  1. WordPress › Updates: you see what's pending.
  2. Click Update now. What's touched is backed up first.
  3. If the site stops responding after updating, it rolls back on its own.
Turn the cache on or off
  1. Speed › Page cache: a switch.
  2. Turn it off only if something on the site looks wrong with cache; every visit will run PHP.
  3. LiteSpeed cache excludes cart, checkout and account in WooCommerce by default.
Recover access to WordPress
  1. WordPress › Tools › Change admin password.
  2. Copy the new password the panel shows (shown once).
  3. Or log in directly from the panel, without a password, with Open dashboard.
My site errors after installing a plugin
  1. WordPress › Tools › Deactivate all plugins.
  2. Check the site is back. Reactivate plugins one by one until you find the culprit.
  3. If needed, Repair database and Reset permissions are right there.
Test changes without touching the site
  1. WordPress › Staging copy › Create.
  2. Work on the copy (it has its own URL).
  3. Publishing the copy replaces the live site, with a prior backup. Or delete it if you're not convinced.

Domains and DNS

Register, connect, transfer, SSL.

Register a domain
  1. Domains › Search: type the name and see if it's available and the price with and without tax.
  2. Buy it: you are the owner, with your contact details.
  3. It renews automatically every year at its extension's renewal price.
Connect a domain I already have
  1. On your site, Domain tab: you see the records it must have.
  2. At your current registrar, point the domain (A/CNAME) to what the panel shows, or change the nameservers.
  3. SSL is issued automatically once the domain points to the site.

DNS propagation may take a few hours.

Transfer a domain to Zygore
  1. Unlock the domain at your current registrar and request the EPP (auth) code.
  2. Domains › Transfer: type the domain and the code.
  3. Approve the confirmation email. Your site doesn't go down: DNS stays as is until you change it.
Use Google Workspace, Vercel or another service with my domain
  1. Domain › DNS: use a template (Google Workspace, Vercel) or add the records by hand.
  2. Save. Changes apply in Cloudflare if your domain is there, or in our DNS.
SSL certificate
  1. Issued automatically per domain when it points to the site, and renewed automatically.
  2. Security › Force HTTPS to redirect everything to https.
  3. Have your own certificate? Security › Use my own certificate.

  2. Encrypted with restic, off the server, fifteen days of retention.
  3. You see the list under Backups, with date and size.

  2. Navigate to the folder or file and click Restore on it.
  3. Only what you chose is replaced.

  1. Backups › pick the backup › Download.
  2. The archive is prepared and you're told when it's ready.

Five downloads a day per account, to keep the server healthy.

Security

Cloudflare, blocking, scanning, login protection.

Enable Cloudflare
  1. Security › Cloudflare › Connect: we bring your domain to Cloudflare (or connect it if it's already there).
  2. Turn on the proxy. From then on traffic goes through Cloudflare: CDN, firewall and anti-bot.
  3. Without the proxy on, rules filter nothing; the panel warns you.
Block a country or an IP
  1. Security › Blocking: add countries or IP addresses.
  2. Save. Requires the Cloudflare proxy on.
  3. Test by requesting a made-up URL from that IP or country: it should return 403.
Scan the site for malware
  1. Security › Scan now.
  2. If it finds something, it tells you the path. Restore that file from a clean backup or delete it.
  3. Backups are scanned too.
Protect a folder with user and password
  1. Security › Protected folders: type the path (say /downloads/).
  2. Create the user. The password is shown once: write it down.
  3. Only works for real folders, not WordPress pages.

Developers

PHP, SFTP, databases, scheduled tasks.

Change the PHP version
  1. Developers › PHP: pick between 8.0 and 8.4.
  2. The panel warns if the change may break old plugins.
  3. If something fails, go back to the previous version from the same place.
Upload files over SFTP
  1. Site › SFTP access: create a user for the site (or use the main one).
  2. Connect with your SFTP client to the server, port and user shown in the panel.
  3. The user sees only its site (CageFS).
Create a database and connect from outside
  1. Databases › Create: name and user with its profile (read, write, all).
  2. For remote access, open it on that database from the panel; it's closed by default.
  3. Connect with the server and credentials it shows.
Schedule a task (cron)
  1. Developers › Scheduled tasks › Add.
  2. Type the command and the frequency.
  3. You see the last run and its output in the same list.

Account and billing

Paying, renewing, upgrading, cancelling, receipts.

How billing works
  1. Upfront, for the whole chosen term (1, 12 or 24 months; 48 on servers).
  2. Prices in US dollars, before tax; the tax amount (18%) and the total are shown before paying. Payment with PayPal.
  3. Renewal costs the same. Each payment has its receipt from Monstruo Creativo S.A.C., which you download from the panel.
Upgrade your plan
  1. Sites › Upgrade plan (or from the resource summary).
  2. You see the pro-rating: the unused part of the current plan is credited and you pay the difference.
  3. The new limits apply once payment is confirmed.
Cancel
  1. Account › Services › Cancel renewal.
  2. The service stays active until the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged.
  3. To delete a site: Sites › Delete. It goes to the bin for a few days before being erased; you can cancel the deletion.

  2. Each mailbox is billed monthly; you pay only for the ones you create.
  3. Set up your phone or Outlook with the details the panel shows.
